Operate and maintain welding machines and related tools. Fabricate, assemble, and weld structural steel building components according to blueprints, drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
Requirements
Applicants must pass an internal welding test, be willing to work eight-hour shifts on a two-week rotation, and have a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent. One to two years of welding experience is required; a related technical diploma, CWB certification or equivalent, MIG welding experience, and manufacturing experience are assets.
