What You’ll Do

In this two-year rotational program within Bell Business Markets (BBM), you'll build a strong foundation in B2B sales while gaining exposure to a variety of teams and customer segments. Through hands-on experience, training, and mentorship, you'll learn how to develop customer relationships, uncover business needs, and position innovative technology solutions that help organizations achieve their goals.

Rotate through key sales functions, including Sales Support, Mid-Market Sales, and Enterprise Sales, and more.
Develop an understanding of Bell's products, services, and technology solutions across areas such as connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI.
Partner with sales leaders and account teams to support customer opportunities and business development activities.
Build consultative selling skills by identifying customer challenges and recommending tailored solutions.
Use market insights, customer feedback, and sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Engage with business customers and key decision-makers through presentations, meetings, and relationship-building activities.
Leverage tools such as Salesforce and AI-enabled technologies to support sales effectiveness and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes.

By the end of the program, you'll have developed the skills, experience, and network needed to launch a successful career in enterprise technology sales.

Education & Eligibility

Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or College/CEGEP diploma in Business, STEM, or a related field.
Less than three years of combined professional work experience, excluding internships, co-op placements, and other student work terms.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in technology sales and helping organizations solve business challenges.
