Summary
On the AI team within Technology Services, you are a vital part of making innovation happen across all business units. The AI Adoption & Engagement Lead is responsible for driving the enterprise-wide adoption, engagement, and democratization of our AI platforms, promoting a highly active "Citizen AI" culture across the corporate landscape. Artificial Intelligence is transforming how we work, but technology is only as powerful as the people who use it. We are looking for an AI enablement coordinator to be the "boots on the ground" for our AI adoption efforts. Working closely with our AI platform and enablement leaders, your core mission is to execute our AI strategy by turning complex technical concepts into accessible, everyday habits for our employees.
In this role, you will drive and prime our enterprise enablement strategies. You will act as an internal consultant and strategic advisor, working directly with business units to analyze current workflows and lead interactive discovery workshops. By pairing deep technical curiosity with an empathetic, user-centric approach, you will help teams overcome technology hesitation, guide them in co-creating secure, no-code AI agents, and accelerate the adoption of Citizen AI across the entire corporate structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Unit Discovery & Workshop Facilitation: You will partner directly with diverse business units to run interactive discovery workshops. You will go directly into any Business Unit (BU) to conduct hands-on process diagnostic assessments with a strong sense of empathy for the user's daily friction points, guiding teams to redesign their workflows and change the way they work using our suite of AI platforms.
- Enablement Planning: You will design, maintain, and execute the comprehensive AI Enablement Plan, establishing clear, structured roadmaps for platform rollouts. You will ensure every tactical enablement activity directly aligns with our overarching organizational goals and objectives, driving toward measurable business outcomes, user proficiency milestones, and scaled active platform adoption.
- Content Creation & Technical Translation: You will write clear, engaging communications, step-by-step how-tos, FAQs, and tutorial documents. You will take technical AI concepts and translate them into simple, actionable resources for non-technical users.
- Community Building & Front-Line Support: You will host regular "office hours" to help users hands-on, and you will organize and facilitate meetings for our internal network of AI Change Champions.
- Strategy Execution & Coordination: You will own and maintain the central Enablement Communications Calendar. You will build and manage the processes needed to seamlessly coordinate with HR and Internal Comms to plan workshops and roll out new training initiatives.
- Self-Initiated Program Outreach: Actively identify, prioritize, and engage prospective business units that would benefit from AI enablement. Operating with high autonomy as a self-initiator, independently design and execute tailored outreach plans, pilot programs, and onboarding journeys to steadily expand our active user base.
Critical Qualifications
- Technical Fluency: A university degree in Computer Science or Technology, combined with proven technical fluency and experience driving technology adoption, user enablement, and proficiency on advanced AI tools, alongside the ability to translate complex technical architectures for end-users.
- Proactive Self-Initiative & Consulting Mindset: A highly organized self-starter with a consulting mindset, capable of operating independently to manage multiple moving parts. You can proactively identify new enablement opportunities, take ownership of ambiguous spaces, and structure systematic approaches to drive adoption and engagement without constant direction.
- Strong Interpersonal Communication: Exceptional active listening skills, strong self-confidence, and the ability to connect authentically with diverse profiles. You demonstrate deep empathy for user learning curves, helping to alleviate technology anxiety and build the foundational trust and user confidence needed to adopt new AI tools.
- Critical Thinking & Reporting Management: A sharp critical thinker with an innate ability to dissect how different departments work, map out their operational processes, and pinpoint prime opportunities to seamlessly inject AI tools into their workflows. You are highly analytical, data-driven, and proactive in determining and continuously re-evaluating the correct metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption success and process improvements over time.
- Master Facilitator & Workshop Leader: Demonstrated success in leading interactive workshops, group facilitation, or design-thinking sessions aimed at process optimization and technology-led workflow redesign.
- Outstanding Technical Translation: Strong writing foundation with a proven ability to translate dense, complex technical AI concepts (such as LLMs, prompting, coding tools, and agentic workflows) into simple, accessible, and engaging documentation or everyday messages.
- Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence diverse cross-functional stakeholders (including HR, Corporate Communications, engineering, product, and business units) without direct line authority.
- Platform & AI Curiosity: A strong passion for generative AI, no-code/low-code development, and digital transformation. While you don’t need to write code, you must be a curious, hands-on power user of tools like Gemini who can quickly master and showcase new capabilities.
