Responsibilities

Coordinate digital projects (websites, social media, SMS campaigns, newsletters, mobile applications, etc.) and promotional initiatives for Bell Media’s radio/audio brands (Rouge, ÉNERGIE, and iHeartRadio)
Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and various departments to obtain platform updates, share information, secure required creative assets, and ensure the smooth execution of all project phases
Create visual assets and advertising banners for various platforms and integrate them into websites through a CMS
Adapt, design, and/or develop visuals for advertising and promotional materials in accordance with ÉNERGIE and Rouge FM brand guidelines across web and other platforms
Design layouts and develop visuals for presentation materials (promotions, campaigns, etc.)
Maintain and optimize content within the iHeartRadio app to promote the ÉNERGIE and Rouge FM brands, as well as podcast initiatives
Coordinate production schedules and inventory bookings
Manage special projects
Assist managers in the preparation of digital performance reports
Ensure brand consistency across radio stations, websites, social media channels, and all brand standards
Work closely with the Sales, Programming, and Digital teams
Write and/or translate presentation materials
Provide support to each station’s Promotion Coordinators as needed
Perform various administrative tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing, and/or training in digital platforms and visual content creation
Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and a proactive attitude
Ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with various stakeholders
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, project management software, and Canva (or similar presentation/design software)
Knowledge of various graphic file formats
Experience in and/or interest in the media industry is considered an asset

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
