Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, finance, and legal to manage the development and execution of partnership offers and programs.
Leverage data and key insights to better understand partner performance, customer behavior, and competitive positioning, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize results.
Champion partnerships that align with the strategic vision of the business and prepare communications for senior leadership to support the decision-making process.

Critical Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of relevant experience in a partnerships, account management, and/or strategy role.
Deep understanding of DTC business models, subscription services, and the Canadian media landscape.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner programs with strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated negotiation skills with experience in executing partnership agreements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
