Summary

As a ServiceNow Developer / Integrator, you play a key role in the design, development, integration, and evolution of ServiceNow solutions supporting strategic digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and IT operations modernization initiatives. You contribute to the implementation of Now Assist capabilities, AI solutions, and ITOM initiatives, while ensuring adherence to development, security, performance, and platform governance best practices.

You collaborate with architects, analysts, delivery teams, and technology partners to develop robust solutions, deliver complex integrations, and support the implementation of the company’s strategic programs. Your technical expertise helps accelerate the adoption of AI capabilities, optimize IT operations, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the ServiceNow platform.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, including platform development, integrations, APIs, and configuration best practices. Experience with Now Assist and ITOM is considered a strong asset in contributing to the success of Bell’s modernization and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform in accordance with business requirements and enterprise technology standards.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal or external systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
Participate in the implementation and evolution of artificial intelligence capabilities, including Now Assist features and other AI-powered automation solutions.
Contribute to the implementation, optimization, and support of ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps.
Perform technical analysis of requirements and recommend solutions that address both functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure the quality, performance, security, and maintainability of solutions developed on the platform.
Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and participate in resolving complex incidents and problems.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to define technical approaches and implementation plans.
Participate in deployment, release management, and solution promotion activities across environments.
Apply ServiceNow best practices for development, integration, and platform governance.
Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
Support the continuous improvement of the platform by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and process modernization.
Provide technical support and mentorship to team members as required.

Critical Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of relevant work experience in software development (some exceptions may be made for exceptionally skilled candidates).
Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and relevant frameworks (SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, etc., depending on the role's focus).
Proficient in TDD, DevOps, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficient in API integration and database technologies.
For mobile roles: Proficiency in declarative UI solutions, battery management, and MVVM patterns.
For full-stack roles: Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
