Summary
As a Specialist, Marketing Campaigns, you will own the lifecycle journey of our prepaid wireless customers. You will turn rich data insights into high-impact, direct-to-consumer campaigns (SMS, Email, Web/App) that drive brand loyalty, prevent churn, and accelerate revenue growth.
This position requires a strategic thinker who thrives on cross-functional collaboration to develop compelling marketing campaigns that will engage customers and create measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to- End Campaign Ownership: Lead campaigns from inception to execution, including opportunity sizing, brief writing, creative reviews, and post-mortem analysis
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Delve into subscriber behavior patterns to uncover trends, translating complex datasets into targeted retention and upsell strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the quarterback, partnering with BI, Marketing communications and pricing teams to launch flawless omnichannel experiences.
- Executive Presentations: Craft compelling presentations to pitch campaign performance and strategic roadmaps to senior leadership.
Critical Qualifications
- Marketer’s mindset: University degree (business, marketing or a closely related field) with 2+ years experience in direct to consumer (D2C) marketing, customer lifecycle management or campaign operations
- Analytical curiosity: Ability to translate campaign metrics and data into actional business decisions
- Omnichannel Execution: Practical experience or strong familiarity with direct marketing channels (SMS, email, push notifications) and customer segmentation tools
- Flawless communication: Synthesize complex ideas into crisp, strategic creative briefs and executive-level PowerPoint decks.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional teams; ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
