Working across Product, Technology, Digital, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Business Intelligence, and external partners, you will help transform customer and business needs into scalable product solutions that improve customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and support Bell’s long-term television modernization strategy.

  • Product Definition & Requirements Management: Translate customer, operational, business, and technical requirements into clear product documentation, user journeys, business requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria that guide solution design and delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Technology, Architecture, UX/UI, Digital, Marketing, Customer Care, Field Operations, Billing, Provisioning, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Business Intelligence teams to deliver integrated and sustainable product solutions.
  • Platform Modernization & Service Evolution: Support strategic initiatives related to platform modernization, digital transformation, hardware-free television services, customer migrations, application enhancements, content integrations, and the continued evolution of Bell’s television platforms.
  • Customer Experience Ownership: Participate in the design and validation of end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring product experiences are intuitive, reliable, and aligned with Bell’s customer experience objectives across acquisition, activation, viewing, billing, service management, and support interactions.
  • Launch Readiness & Operational Excellence: Coordinate activities required to support successful product launches, including business readiness reviews, stakeholder alignment, risk assessments, operational readiness planning, customer communications, and production deployment activities.
  • Testing, Validation & Quality Assurance: Plan and coordinate end-to-end testing activities, operational readiness testing, friendly user validations, defect triage, production monitoring, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality customer experiences and operational stability.
  • Analytics & Performance Optimization: Monitor product performance through operational reporting, customer feedback, analytical insights, and business intelligence dashboards. Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and business performance.
  • Business Cases & Financial Governance: Support the development of business cases, investment analyses, benefit tracking, financial forecasts, and funding recommendations to help evaluate and prioritize product initiatives and strategic investments.
  • Stakeholder Communications & Executive Reporting: Develop executive presentations, status updates, decision materials, risk assessments, and governance documentation that provide clear visibility into strategy, delivery progress, business outcomes, and key decisions.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in product management, technical project management, telecommunications, digital products, media, technology delivery, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives from definition through implementation and post-launch support.
  • Strong ability to translate business and technical concepts into actionable product requirements and stakeholder communications.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate customer, operational, technical, and financial impacts.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
