Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Saskatoon, SK. This role entails overseeing all financial records, managing day-to-day office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, maintaining office equipment, coordinating company benefits, and supporting a seamless office workflow.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks and office administration, including scheduling and coordinating office activities
Familiarity with office equipment and software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage records, budgets, and financial reports
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Previous bookkeeping experience and knowledge of relevant accounting principles required, experience with full cycle accounting including payroll, payables, reconciling, year end, budgeting and forecasting
Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or a related field is an asset
