Job Overview
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker with at least five years experience making custom cabinetry, not just simple cabinet assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, carpentry, and construction, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. This role involves crafting high-quality cabinets and furniture, ensuring precise assembly, installation, and finishing.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to produce cabinetry that meets specifications
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components using hand tools, and power tools
- Measure materials precisely for efficient use of resources and minimal waste
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met within deadlines
Experience
- At least five years as a custom Cabinet Maker, not just simple assembly
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and woodworking equipment
- This role requires a dedicated professional with excellent craftsmanship skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
