Intellectual Property Litigation Associate (3+ Years)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an associate. Counsel roles may also be considered. This role is well-suited to litigators seeking to advance their skills in a focused and team-centric boutique environment. We provide the opportunity for direct exposure to clients, strategy, and advocacy, while building expertise in intellectual property disputes.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in intellectual property litigation
• Ability to work efficiently, prioritize, and take ownership of files
• Experience in drafting pleadings, motions, facta, affidavits and/or expert reports
• A scientific or engineering background and/or experience in pharmaceutial patent litigation is preferred but not required
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
