Work closely with Data Engineers and ETL teams to support data transformation and migration activities.
Support data reconciliation and validation to ensure migrated data is complete and accurate.
Define business acceptance criteria and support SIT, UAT, and post-migration validation.
Assess downstream impacts of migrated data, particularly for reporting and Tableau analytics.
Communicate complex data issues and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Migration Specialist, or similar role.
