PR Manager

We’re Benefit Cosmetics, and we’re all about making beauty radically feel good. Since 1976, we’ve been dreaming up unexpected answers to unmet beauty needs by producing iconic products like Benetint, The POREfessional, BADgal BANG!, and probably every brow product in your bag (what can we say, we are the world’s #1 brow brand, after all).

We’re a global brand in more than 60 countries, with thousands of Brow Bars & Beauty Experts bringing our joyful approach to life every day. As part of the LVMH Group, we pair prestige power with our indie spirit, and we’re just getting started. If you’re ready to bring the energy and help make laughter the best cosmetic, you’re in the right place!

This is a 12-month contract role based in Toronto, with two days in the office per week.

Media & Influencer Relations

Leverage and expand an established network of top-tier Canadian beauty editors, influencers, creators, agents and talent managers to secure high-quality editorial coverage, organic advocacy and strategic brand partnerships
Proactively pitch compelling brand and product stories, across print, digital and social media channels
Lead influencer and creator relations from identification and outreach through briefing, gifting, content development, partnership negotiation and ongoing relationship management
Oversee product seeding and PR mailers, ensuring thoughtful targeting, strong brand storytelling and measurable impact
Conceptualize and execute memorable press and influencer events, desk sides, brand experiences and launch moments that bring Benefit’s DNA to life
Manage editorial tracking and media-monitoring services, evaluate earned media and creator performance, and use insights to strengthen future programs and keep Benefit top of mind
