Gestion des comptes et ventes

Manage a portfolio of smaller retail accounts selected based on geography, sales volume, and store type (P&D or H&W).
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with store owners, managers, and staff.
Identify sales opportunities and execute strategies to drive measurable revenue growth and brand loyalty.
Conduct regular virtual check-ins and occasional in-person visits to ensure consistent engagement and support of accounts.
Leverage scripts to guide conversations to ensure consistent seasonal focus areas that drive sales and service goals.

Customer Support & Training

Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide product knowledge, technical support, and training to retail partners.
Support virtual training initiatives and support other territories when needs arise.
Serve as a proactive liaison between the retailer and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a high-level of satisfaction and collaboration.

Territory Planning & Travel

Develop and execute a territory plan that balances virtual engagement with sporadic strategic in-person visits.
Travel requirements will vary by region (e.g., weekly visits in metro areas vs. monthly in rural regions).
Maintain accurate records of visits, calls, and customer interactions using CRM.

Collaboration & Reporting

Collaborate with regional sales teams, marketing, and operations to align goals and share insights.
Work with your direct manager and NACIC Customer Experience Manager to ensure consistency across all Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) nationwide to create a baseline of service and performance for ISRs.
Provide feedback and data to support the ongoing development of the MDIP program.
Track and report on sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends to inform strategy and demonstrate results

Responsibilities

Représentant-e interne - Montréal

Gestion des comptes et ventes

Gérer un groupe de petits comptes de détail sélectionnés en fonction de l’emplacement géographique, du volume de vente et du type
de magasin (magasin de peinture et décoration ou quincaillerie).
Établir des liens de confiance solides avec les propriétaires, les directeurs et le personnel des magasins.
Repérer les occasions d’affaires et exécuter les stratégies visant à favoriser la croissance mesurable du chiffre d’affaires et la fidélité à
la marque.
Effectuer régulièrement des consultations virtuelles et, à l’occasion, des visites sur place afin de s’assurer de la participation soutenue
des comptes et leur offrir un soutien constant.
Utiliser les scénarios établis pour orienter les conversations en fonction des priorités saisonnières qui favorisent les ventes et
l’atteinte des objectifs en matière de service

Soutien et formation client

Collaborer avec les principales parties prenantes pour fournir des connaissances sur les produits, un soutien technique et une
formation aux détaillants partenaires.
Soutenir les initiatives de formation virtuelles ainsi que les autres territoires, au besoin.
Assurer de façon proactive la liaison entre les détaillants et les équipes internes dans le but de résoudre les problèmes et d’assurer un

Planification de territoire et déplacements

Élaborer et mettre à exécution un plan de territoire qui combine la consultation virtuelle et, occasionnellement, les visites stratégiques

Voyager à des fréquences définies en fonction des régions (c.-à-d. visites hebdomadaires dans les régions métropolitaines et visites
mensuelles dans les régions rurales).
Tenir des registres précis des visites, appels et échanges avec les clients dans le système CRM.

Collaboration et communication

Collaborer avec les équipes régionales des ventes, le Service de marketing et le Service de l’exploitation afin d’harmoniser les objectifs
et de partager les observations.
Travailler avec son superviseur et le responsable de l’expérience client du CICAN afin de s’assurer que tous les représentants internes
d’Amérique du Nord sont sur la même longueur d’onde de façon à définir le service et le rendement de base.
Fournir des commentaires et des données visant à soutenir l’élaboration continue du programme de rémunération au rendement
