Prepare PowerPoint presentations and management reporting packages that clearly communicate financial results, business drivers, risks, opportunities, and performance trends to Operations and other business stakeholders.
Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to support the accurate financial reporting and analysis of onsite and retail inventory.
Support the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and financial planning process, including development and validation of key business assumptions.
Develop and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and analytical processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision support.
Support ad hoc financial analysis and other FP&A initiatives as required.

Qualifications

AI/Copilot savvy, with the ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools to improve financial analysis, reporting, and process efficiency. Required
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet tight reporting and close deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently articulate financial results and insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
CPA designation or active progression toward CPA is preferred but not required.
