Electrician
This may be the job for you! As an Electrician, you will be responsible for commissioning equipment in the plant and for improving and maintaining it at our Oakbank facilities. You will be involved in the realization of automation, instrumentation and control projects, in collaboration with our design team.

Electrician
This may be the job for you! As an Electrician, you will be responsible for commissioning equipment in the plant and for improving and maintaining it at our Oakbank facilities. You will be involved in the realization of automation, instrumentation and control projects, in collaboration with our design team.
Job Summary
- Complete installation of electrical systems;
- Ensure the proper functioning of the electrical components in the plant according to Berger standards;
- Troubleshooting;
- Work with the design team during this major project or breakdowns;
- Update electrical plans and schematics related to plant equipment;
- You will also be asked to propose ideas for improvement to your supervisor and ensure communication with the right people when problems arise.
- You have a background in instrumentation and control technician or industrial electrician with Red Seal certification;
- You have experience with work control systems and Allen Bradley PLCs;
- You are a thorough and rigorous person in your work and you like teamwork.

Responsibilities
Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment at the Oakbank plant, ensuring components function according to company standards. Collaborate with the design team on automation, instrumentation, and control projects, update electrical plans and schematics, and communicate problems and improvement ideas to the appropriate people.
Requirements
Applicants should have a background as an instrumentation and control technician or industrial electrician, with Red Seal certification. Experience with work control systems and Allen-Bradley PLCs is requested, along with a thorough, rigorous approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
