Account Supervisor

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for someone who can foster positive client relationships and lead project execution under senior account oversight. You will be responsible for advising clients, building project plans, and ensuring all the pieces of a project come together on time and on budget.

As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects with ease, knowing how to reprioritize and problem-solve when your carefully crafted plan has to pivot. You know when to flag roadblocks and solutions upwards, and how to work collaboratively to bring great work to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead client accounts and maintain positive client relationships. 
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
• Lead client and internal meetings with ease.
• Lead project delivery, ensuring high-quality work is produced. 
• Manage account budgets and timelines effectively, proactively flagging roadblocks or scope creep.
• Provide input, consultation, and recommendations to align client objectives and expectations with the work.
• Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Liaise with the Berlin team to deliver excellent client work. 
• Stay current on industry trends and news, sharing insight with clients and team members. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

• At least 5 years of communications, marketing or advertising experience.
• Experience serving internal or external clients.
• Comfortable presenting and leading meetings, maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism.  
• Ability to manage and support multiple projects- multitask, prioritize, and adjust to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

HELPFUL:

• Experience working at an advertising, marketing, communications or public relations agency.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Project management training. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, arts, communications or a related discipline.
