Overview
Bertone is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Concierge to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and day-to-day operations of one of our residential properties. Through a combination of housekeeping, light maintenance, and resident support, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, amenities, hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and exterior grounds to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents through thorough cleaning, light repairs, and rent-ready turnover activities.
- Perform routine sanitization of high-touch surfaces and support waste management, recycling, and garbage collection operations throughout the property.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance issues, and report repairs, damages, safety concerns, or equipment deficiencies to the Property Manager.
- Assist with seasonal property upkeep, including grounds maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, debris collection, and overall curb appeal.
- Support building operations and resident service needs, including responding to requests, assisting with emergencies, and completing other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, or multi-residential cleaning and property maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French and English), with strong French communication skills.
- Ability to respond professionally and effectively in urgent situations.
