What you'll do as an Enterprise Architect:
· Own the domain technology roadmap, current-state assessment, target-state architecture, capability maps, and sequenced transition plans aligned to enterprise investment cycles.
· Lead architecture governance, including design reviews, architecture decision records (ADRs), and standards of compliance across your domain.
· Define enterprise technology roadmaps and architectural strategies to help determine how systems, processes, data, and platforms should evolve over time to ensure solutions are scalable and sustainable.
· Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to evaluate technology options, define integration patterns, and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and long-term strategy.
· Evaluate software products, platforms, and vendors, conduct vendor assessments, review RFP responses, and provide recommendations.
What we're looking for:
· 5+ years of enterprise architecture experience in consumer-facing retail within the software applications domain.
· Proven experience owning technology roadmaps, capability maps, and architecture governance (design reviews, ADRs, standards).
· Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into target-state architectures, transition plans, and sequenced investment cases.
· Strong technical foundation in cloud platforms (Azure preferred), microservices, APIs, event-driven integration, and data architecture.
· Working knowledge of at least one EA framework (TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate) is an asset.
· Experience working within an agile enterprise architecture environment.

Annualized Compensation Range
$140,000.00 - $145,000.00
This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
