Maintain organized work areas while following established operational procedures
Utilize internal systems to accurately track workflows, test results, and inventory movement (knowledge of excel is an asset).

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience testing, troubleshooting, or repairing laptops and other consumer electronics in a service centre, repair depot, refurbishment facility, or similar technical environment.
Experience with hardware and software testing of mobile devices, laptops, and computers is considered an asset.
