You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a seasonal technical service representative, which we call service agent. In this role, you will take care of our customers’ service and repair needs.

No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

Join us and grow your career with our retail team as a technical service representative.

What you’ll do:

Create an amazing customer experience at the service desk
Provide delivery and installation services for our customers in their homes
Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained
Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture

What we’re looking for:

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract
Successful completion of criminal background check
Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

The technical service representative will provide customer support at the service desk and perform in-home delivery and installation of tech products. They are also responsible for maintaining equipment and vehicles while contributing to an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license with a clean abstract, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A successful criminal background check is also required for this role.
