Company Description Best Deal Graphics & Printing, recently renamed Best Deal Print and Packaging, is a trade printer with over 35 years of experience delivering high-quality, cost-effective print solutions for businesses of all sizes. The company’s skilled printing technicians use state-of-the-art equipment to ensure top quality and maximum efficiency on every project. Demonstrated phone etiquette and receptionist duties experience, including handling multi-line phone systems and visitor check-in.
Solid clerical skills such as data entry, filing, mail handling, and basic scheduling.
Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners).
Ability to maintain a professional, welcoming front desk environment and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Prior experience in reception, office administration, or customer-facing roles is an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or related fields is an advantage.
