Original job description
About Betstamp Ventures
One team. Four high-growth businesses. More than 2 million people using what we build.
Betstamp Ventures spans iGaming technology, market data and odds pricing, trading and market making, and acquisition and media. We price 200+ sportsbooks, operate a portfolio of consumer apps and run our own media company.
It started with Betstamp, the free odds comparison and bet tracking app that professional bettors built in 2020 because the market didn't offer sharp enough tools. It's earned 200,000+ downloads and a 4.9-star rating, and the pricing behind it now runs across the industry. Today the same team also runs our own iGaming brands and the media and partnerships business that brings players to them, all Canadian-owned and operated from our King Street West HQ in Toronto.
Small by design. One team runs all four businesses, so there's a lot of ground per person, and you're trusted with real scope early.
What You'll Own
The influencer program behind our iGaming brands, end to end. It does two jobs: organic posts that build brand awareness, and content we put paid spend behind. This is a program management role first. You'll keep the program organized, set the themes, and make sure every creator is set up to succeed, especially when we launch a new brand or game. You'll work every day alongside our Social Media Content Creator and our paid acquisition team.
- Run the program (≈ 35%): recruit and sign creators, streamers and clippers on deals that pay for results (flat fee, cost per signup, revenue share or a mix), after vetting them for fake followers and brand safety; onboard and brief them; keep posting calendars, tracking links and codes current; and pay everyone accurately and on time
- Set creators up for success (≈ 35%): build a brand pack for every brand, set themes and plan promos with our marketing team, and give creators everything they need for each new brand and game launch: slot-win videos, brand assets and the key details on new games
- Make the whole program better (≈ 30%): compare results across every creator to find the angles, formats and hooks that drive signups and player value, not just views; share what works across the program fast; line up usage rights and whitelisting with paid; and keep all creator content within platform rules and responsible-play guidelines
- First 30 days: you know every creator in the program, every deal is tracked, and every payment goes out on time
- First 90 days: a brand pack for every brand, a launch kit ready for each new brand and game, and a monthly read on which angles drive signups
- First 180 days: a bigger, better-vetted roster, winning angles shared across every creator within days, and a steady flow of creator content into paid
Small team, one office on King Street West, the leadership team at the next desk. Decisions happen in a conversation, usually the same day, and everyone here owns something.
It's a close team, and we work at keeping it that way: monthly socials, watch parties for the big games, an office fantasy league, and a floor where people talk to each other instead of messaging across it.
We're AI-first in how we work: if a tool makes your job better, you'll have it. And the people who joined in early roles here are now running bigger things. That's the plan for you too.
Who We Hire
We hire people who treat their work like it's theirs. If you've built a program from nothing, run something on the side, or can't help sweating the details, you'll recognize how this place works.
You'll Thrive Here If You…
- Have 1–3 years running influencer, creator, affiliate or partnership programs (co-ops and internships count), with results you can show
- Are the organized one: you keep the list, close every loop, write briefs creators actually follow, and people rely on you for it
- Build real relationships: you communicate clearly and warmly, and creators trust you and want to keep working with you
- Know the creator landscape across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Kick and Twitch, and how creator deals work: CPM, cost per signup, revenue share and usage rights
- Are comfortable with numbers and can turn a performance report into a decision
- Like collaborating closely with a small team and having a say in how things get done
- Can work in office at 370 King St W, with flexibility (streetcar stop outside, 10 minutes from Union Station)
- Are curious about iGaming. You don't need to be a player; you need to be comfortable in the industry
- You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and have built something with them, even something small
- Experience with gaming, entertainment, lifestyle or consumer brands
- An existing network of creators, streamers or clippers
- Experience with Spark Ads or whitelisting creator content for paid ads
- You've run influencer campaigns for a new product or brand launch
- Real ownership: the influencer program is yours to build and run, with a direct line from your work to our results
- Real upside: a performance bonus on top of competitive pay
- Growth on a timeline: your scope grows as fast as you deliver
- Coaching: direct feedback and support from senior leadership, plus hands-on exposure to brand launches, content and paid media
- Quick video intro: four short questions, recorded on your own time
- Intro call: meet the team in a 30-minute video call
- Case interview: a short practical brief (provided), talked through in a 45-minute video call
- Final interview: meet the team leads in the office, take a tour and ask anything (1 hour)
- Offer
