Better Bovine is a beef jerky brand focused on simplicity and quality. Our products are made from 100% grass-fed beef with no preservatives or artificial ingredients. We are currently in 1,000+ retail locations and expanding rapidly across North America. The brand is built on transparency, strong product quality, and a direct-to-consumer mindset.

Role Overview

This is not a passive brand ambassador role.

You will represent Better Bovine at trade shows, retail activations, and in-store demos. The core expectation is to engage, convert, and sell. You are responsible for drawing people in, creating energy around the product, and driving real sales outcomes.

This role is best suited for individuals who are highly outgoing, comfortable initiating conversations with strangers, and confident in closing sales on the spot.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers in high-traffic environments
• Pull people into the booth or demo area, not wait for them
• Clearly communicate product benefits and brand story
• Drive on-the-spot purchases and upsell multiple units
• Represent the brand with energy, confidence, and professionalism
• Set up and manage demo stations at retail locations or events
• Provide feedback from the field on customer reactions and objections

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales instincts, you are comfortable asking for the sale
• Highly outgoing personality, you initiate conversations naturally
• Ability to create energy and attract attention in busy environments
• Comfortable handling objections and closing transactions
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Prior experience in sales, promotions, or events is preferred

Compensation and Growth

• Starting at $25 per hour
