Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional/QA Lead

Ideal Rate: $100- $105 (Based on Experience)
ONSITE- 5 days
Must haves:
- Senior functional expertise, project leadership, and coordination in functional design/delivery
- Functional advisory skills using PeopleSoft HCM knowledge to meet project goals
- PeopleSoft HCM functional expertise leading analysis, design, and configuration
- Strong knowledge of HR & Payroll business functions on PeopleSoft 9.2+ HCM, including integration points (Fluid, PUM upgrade, PeopleTools upgrade)
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, benefits enrolment, and life event management modules
- Experience leading functional teams through the full project lifecycle (analysis, design, configuration)
- Experience leading functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), load testing, performance testing, UAT, and payroll parallel testing
- Experience with QA principles, practices, tools, and methodology, including defect tracking/handling
- Minimum 5+ years as a Functional Lead and 5+ years as a QA
Nice to Have
- PeopleSoft HCM functional experience specifically with HR/Payroll system/ Public Sector experience.
