- Responsible for the generation and review of an initial RFB draft package and continued development
- Designing, writing, and editing content destined for public consumption, including digital services, mobile applications
- Experience with proven frameworks, methodologies, models, and tools.
- Writing, design, delivering, evaluating, and maintaining user-centered web content. F
- Understanding of Government policies, standards, and legislation relating to digital service delivery
- SEO, journey mapping, user stories, information architecture, content auditing and evaluation, wireframing, prototyping, persona development, user research
- French language and accessibility standards (FLSA, AODA / WCAG 2.0 AA).
- Contract award activities as required, including preparation of the draft Form of Agreement (FOA).
- Canadian Public Sector experien ce, a definite asset
