Senior Product Manager – RQ11831
Location: Toronto, ON
Contract: November 2026 – March 2027
Duration: Approximately 5 months
Ministry: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement
Pay rate: $90-100
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in product management, product roadmap development, Agile delivery, and Scrum leadership to support a high-profile government initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps and prioritize product features.
- Lead product planning and delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, testers, business teams, and stakeholders.
- Manage product risks, issues, schedules, and reporting.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive consensus across teams.
- Communicate product progress, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior management.
- Support change management and ensure successful product delivery aligned with business objectives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Roadmap Development.
- 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Trello, or similar collaboration tools.
- Experience with product portfolio reporting and executive-level presentations.
