Job Role: Project Manager/Leader – Senior (Procurement/ infrastructure exp)

Location : Aurora, ON /Hybrid

Position Type : Contract Role

Start Date

2026-10-26

End Date

2027-10-05

Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 100-105/Hr (Depending on the experience)

Must Have:

Extensive experience managing procurement and purchasing initiatives, including vendor management, contract administration, acquisition processes, and procurement compliance.
Executive-level briefing experience
Previous experience in successfully managing infrastructure development projects.
Experience managing large-scale, complex, integrated project plans and implementation plans. (mention the budget of projects managed)
Experience with public sector business case/funding acquisition and competitive procurements.
Experience managing executive relationships and dealing with senior executives.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Demonstrated experience meeting all mandatory qualifications outlined in the PM technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage procurement and purchasing initiatives, including vendor relationships, contract administration, acquisition processes, and compliance. Lead complex infrastructure development projects and integrated project and implementation plans, while managing executive relationships and providing briefings.

Requirements

Candidates must have extensive procurement and purchasing experience, a successful track record managing infrastructure projects, and experience with complex project plans, public-sector funding and competitive procurements. PMP certification, executive-level briefing experience, and experience managing senior executive relationships are required; candidates must also meet the mandatory PM technical requirements.
