We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an enterprise MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) and IAM transformation initiative. This role will work closely with business, application, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to assess applications, gather requirements, identify risks, and support MFA implementation.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IAM, Cybersecurity, or Technology Risk
- Strong experience with MFA/IAM transformation programs
- Knowledge of SAML, SSO, Active Directory, OIDC, and OAuth
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis experience
- Experience with executive reporting and dashboards
- Hands-on exposure to Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, or Transmit Security
- Knowledge of NIST and IAM governance
- Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or Azure DevOps
- CBAP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certification.
- Financial services or other regulated enterprise experience preferred
