- Bilingual English / French
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, network or industrial technology projects.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, financial and resource management capabilities.
- PMP certified & having proficiency with Client Project.
- Experience working with SAP within a project or operational environment.
- Understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies.
- Exposure to IT/OT environments, including industrial networks and operational systems.
- Strong vendor and subcontractor management experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and provide hands-on project leadership.
- Ability to support the required regional/on-site working model.
- Experience within mining, manufacturing, energy, utilities, construction or another industrial environment.
- Mining industry experience.
- Experience with SCADA, PLC, industrial control systems and/or industrial network infrastructure.
- Experience supporting capital projects containing significant IT components.
- Agile project delivery experience.
