Job Role: Software Developer - CRM - Senior
Location : Toronto, ON/Onsite
Position Type : Contract Role
Start Date
2026-09-21
End Date
2027-03-31
5 days onsite
Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 90-95/Hr (Depending on the experience)
Must Have:
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform
- Experience with custom. Web API development, ASP.NET. .Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines etc.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies
- Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365

Responsibilities
Develop and support CRM solutions using Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure, combining low-code capabilities with custom development. Build and integrate APIs and cloud solutions, and configure Customer Service Workspace features such as agent profiles, session templates, workstreams, and routing.
Requirements
Candidates must have experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure solution design, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms. They should also have experience with custom Web API development, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Dynamics CRM customer service features and integrations.
