Job Role: Software Developer - CRM - Senior (Lead exp)
Location : Toronto, ON/Onsite
Position Type : Contract Role

2027-10-01
5 days Onsite in a week
Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 90-95/Hr (Depending on the experience)
Must Have:
- Must have prior "Lead" experience as a MS Dynamics Developer.
- Minimum 7 years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions and Azure solution design
- Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies
- Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
- Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing.
- Experience with custom. Web API development, ASP.NET. .Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines etc.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver enterprise applications and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Azure-based solutions. Develop and integrate Dynamics CRM capabilities, including Customer Service Workspace features, using custom development and supporting technologies.
Requirements
Requires prior experience as a lead Microsoft Dynamics developer, at least seven years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience, and at least five years implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions and Azure solution design. Candidates should have working knowledge of Dynamics integrations and Microsoft cloud technologies, low-code and custom development, and experience with the specified CRM features and .NET, Azure SQL, DevOps, and CI/CD technologies.
