Job Role: Systems Analyst – Senior (Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO/C365CM)
Location : Toronto, ON/Onsite
Position Type : Contract Role
Contract Duration: 2027-09-03
5 Days Onsite
Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 75-80/Hr (Depending on the experience)
Note: Looking for candidates with stronger hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, including direct experience with artifacts such as FDDs and TDDs.
Must Have:
- Looking for candidates with stronger hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, including direct experience with artifacts such as FDDs and TDDs.
- 5-8 years of experience as a systems analyst, functional consultant, or a similar system-focused role within IT
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO/C365CM, including system configuration and support.
- Experience working with Data Management Framework (DMF) and system integrations within D365 environments
- Experience using Power Platform tools, including Power apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Experience delivering large-scale, business-critical enterprise applications.
Preferred
- Experience supporting or participating in D365 F&O implementations
- Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) operating models
- Experience working with eCommerce or related integrated platforms

Responsibilities
Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO/C365CM systems, including data management and integrations in D365 environments. Support the delivery of large-scale, business-critical enterprise applications and contribute to D365 F&O implementations using functional and technical design artifacts.
Requirements
Requires 5–8 years of experience in systems analysis, functional consulting, or a similar IT systems-focused role, with hands-on Dynamics AX/D365FO/C365CM configuration and support experience. Candidates should have experience with DMF, system integrations, Power Platform tools, and enterprise applications; D365 F&O implementation, WMS, and e-commerce experience are preferred.
