Job Role: Systems Analyst - Senior (Peoplesoft HCM exp)
Location : Toronto, ON/Onsite

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 90-95/Hr (Depending on the experience)
Must Have: (Peoplesoft HCM Exp.)
- Knowledge of the business systems technology with emphasis on PeopleSoft HCM , knowledge of the theory and principles of system design to lead the analysis and definition of clients` information technology requirements, experience of PUM upgrade, PS Tools upgrade and Fluid , Classic
- Able to design, develop, test and implement business solutions and knowledge of new PeopleSoft development, analysis and design techniques used throughout the system development lifecycle especially on HR, Absence Management , Time Labour, Payroll, and Benefit Administration
- Skills: very good verbal communication skills to discuss system requirements with clients as well as technical requirements in clear non-technical terms. Written skills to prepare various reports, presentations, systems documentation and manuals , Interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders and achieve business goals
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices to lead change initiatives related to enterprise level HCM system changes and optimizations, knowledge of change management, including techniques, trends and resources management for an enterprise HCM system

Responsibilities

Support system changes and optimizations across HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
Requirements
The role requires PeopleSoft HCM experience, including PUM and PeopleSoft Tools upgrades and work with Fluid and Classic interfaces. Candidates should be able to communicate technical requirements clearly, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply project and change management practices to enterprise HCM initiatives.
