We are looking for an Insurance associate to join our team dedicated to the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec Program in our Montreal office!
As an Insurance Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the Client Service Representative to ensure the Commercial team meets company objectives and quality service to clients, colleagues, and insurers.

Your day as an Insurance Associate
- Create, document, and maintain up-to-date client files.
- Send policies, endorsements, and policy amendments.
- Process invoices accurately and prepare letters, premium financing agreements, endorsements, and other documents as required.
- Prepare and issue certificates.
- Send required correspondence.
- Answer calls received through the program’s dedicated phone line and direct them to the assigned brokers.
- Monitor and triage emails received in the program mailbox, ensuring they are forwarded to the appropriate individuals.
- Follow established procedures related to all administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties and special projects as required.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in the insurance industry.
- College diploma (DEC).
- Knowledge of EPIC an asset.
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, as the candidate will be required to interact in English with stakeholders (colleagues and clients) outside Quebec;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
