Teamwork and Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the Service team to continually build knowledge about air quality performance and provide ways to troubleshoot and improve processes. Seek opportunities for additional service work.

The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:

1+ year(s) of experience in an technician related role or in a role using mechanical knowledge and skills
Experience handling HVAC filters is an asset

Problem solving ability: Resourceful and analytical, with a proactive approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective, practical solutions.
Safety focused mindset: Understanding and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures and actively seeking ways to improve safety.
Alignment with our core values: Together we are Better, Be the Expert, Striving for Excellence
