Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Mississauga, ON headquarters, with multiple positions available across production, fabrication, installation, customer service, and office support. Team members may participate in tasks such as operating machinery and tools, assembling and finishing custom door and window systems, performing quality checks, and preparing products for shipment. Depending on the position, responsibilities can include reading and interpreting drawings, assisting with on-site installation, coordinating orders and documentation, and communicating with internal teams or customers. All roles emphasize safety, attention to detail, collaboration, and adherence to production schedules. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for skill development and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings, measurements, and work instructions, with strong attention to detail and quality.
• General manufacturing or construction skills such as using hand and power tools, working with metal, glass, or building materials, and following safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including working efficiently to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Reliability and professionalism, including consistent attendance, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing tasks or priorities.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift materials as required, and work safely in a shop or installation environment.
• Previous experience in fenestration, manufacturing, carpentry, glazing, or related trades is an asset but not required for all positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional technical training or trade certifications are considered an advantage.
