Ce à Quoi Pourraient Ressembler Tes Journées

Sous la supervision du ou de la gérant.e, tu devras veiller au bon fonctionnement de la boutique et t’assurer que ton équipe offre un service à la clientèle remarquable. Lorsque tu remplaceras le ou la gérant.e, tu seras responsable d’atteindre les objectifs généraux, de maintenir nos standards d’entreprise et de motiver ton équipe à se surpasser.

Ventes

Optimiser le rendement et la profitabilité de ta boutique avec l’aide de ton équipe de gestion;
Former les membres de ton équipe pour les aider à bien accompagner la clientèle : leur enseigner les meilleures techniques de vente et t’assurer qu’ils maitrisent bien toutes les caractéristiques des produits;
Analyser les résultats de ventes avec le ou la gérant.e et trouver des solutions innovantes pour les faire croitre;
Gérer la masse salariale de façon rentable grâce à une bonne planification des horaires en fonction du rendement des employé.e.s;
Communiquer des objectifs de ventes à ton équipe pour t’assurer de les atteindre ou de les surpasser;
Accueillir chaleureusement la clientèle et répondre à ses questions afin de l’aider à trouver les morceaux parfaits.
Comment? En parlant des caractéristiques techniques, de la qualité et des matériaux des produits;
Coordonner les actions avec l’équipe de gestion et garantir la continuité et la bonne marche des activités en son absence.

Planifier les horaires de travail et les communiquer aux membres de l’équipe, en plus de gérer leurs absences et leurs retards;
Participer aux évaluations de rendement de toute l’équipe de la boutique;
Assurer une bonne planification des horaires en fonction du rendement des membres de ton équipe et de l’achalandage.

Marketing et présentation visuelle

Connaitre la marchandise et les particularités techniques des produits sur le bout de tes doigts;
Créer une boutique attrayante et invitante selon nos planogrammes avec l’aide de ton équipe;
Être à l’affût de ce que fait la concurrence et de l’activité du marché;
Bâtir une clientèle régulière et fidèle en communiquant l’image de marque et en établissant des liens dans le domaine du commerce au détail;
Aider à la planification de la réception de marchandises et assurer la mise en place rapide de la présentation visuelle;
Participer à la gestion de l’allure et de la propreté de la boutique et de l’arrière-boutique;
Collaborer avec l’administration du centre commercial.

Administration

Analyser les différents rapports pour optimiser la productivité et les ventes;
Procéder à l’ouverture et à la fermeture de ta boutique;
Gérer toutes les dépenses contrôlables de ta boutique de façon efficace;
Respecter et appliquer les politiques et procédures des différents services du siège social (on va tout t’expliquer);
Accomplir d’autres tâches connexes pour aider l’équipe, au besoin.
