Toronto | Full-Time, Permanent 45-55k

Our client, an award-winning Toronto public relations and communications agency, is looking for a Bilingual Account Coordinator to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career communications professional who wants hands-on agency experience while working on campaigns in both English and French, with a particular focus on Quebec and French-Canadian audiences. The position is designed as a foundational agency role, with plenty of opportunity to learn through doing and develop your skills in PR, media relations, influencer marketing and client communications.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work alongside experienced PR and communications professionals supporting a variety of client programs. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting PR and communications campaigns in English and French
Researching media, industry and cultural trends across English and French-language markets
Building and maintaining media lists and background materials
Pitching and following up with French and English media
Building relationships with Quebec and French-language media
Researching and coordinating with influencers and content creators
Supporting influencer outreach, negotiations and campaign execution
Assisting with client communications and campaign deliverables
Monitoring media coverage and helping prepare campaign reports
Coordinating vendors and campaign logistics
Managing multiple deadlines and deliverables while working closely with account teams

What We're Looking For

Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
Strong French writing skills and the ability to adapt communications for French-language audiences
Approximately 1–2+ years of communications, PR, agency or relevant internship experience
Degree or post-graduate certification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable communicating with media and influencers
Understanding of French-Canadian language and cultural nuances
Familiarity with the Quebec media and influencer landscape is a strong asset
Basic knowledge of social, influencer and digital communications
A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback
