This opportunity is ideal for someone with previous debt collections experience who enjoys negotiating solutions, achieving measurable goals, and earning commissions based on performance.
You will work directly with French-speaking and English-speaking customers to resolve overdue accounts, develop realistic repayment arrangements, and help customers move toward better financial outcomes.
If you thrive in a structured, high-volume call centre where your communication skills, resilience, and results make a difference, this could be your next move.

- Join a supportive team: Work in a collaborative environment that values accountability, performance, and customer service.
- Enjoy meaningful benefits: Access health and dental coverage, wellness initiatives, and paid time off.
