Location: Toronto, Ontario, with travel about 20% of the time, mainly in Quebec

Introduction

If you love building training that changes how people work, this role lets you design it, deliver it and see the results. You will create eLearning and instructor-led programs for sales professionals and employees across Canada, and present them in French and English.

Our client, an established national organization, is seeking a Bilingual Learning Services Consultant (French and English Required). French and English are required. You will deliver training in French in Quebec.

What You'll Do

You will apply instructional design best practices and adult learning theory to build knowledge across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to curate content and create learning solutions, and you will collaborate with team members to build strong, technology-enhanced courses and programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training for sales professionals and employees across Canada
• Apply instructional design and adult learning theory to build knowledge across the organization
• Evaluate existing training and develop learning roadmaps for sales professionals and employees
• Consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts to curate content and create learning solutions
• Work with team members to develop strong, technology-enhanced courses and programs
• Track results and work with others to keep outcomes on track to meet business needs
• Analyze results, recommend training improvements and identify future programs to develop
• Travel about 20% of the time, mainly in Quebec, to deliver training

Qualifications

• Professional-level spoken and written French and English, including the ability to design and deliver training in French
• Bachelor's degree or diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in training and development, administration or social media
• Experience developing and facilitating training for sales professionals is preferred
• Experience with a learning management system (LMS) is preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Access to a vehicle for local travel in Ontario (all travel expenses paid)
