This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful administrative and operational responsibilities, collaborate with teams across the organization and contribute to work where accuracy, responsiveness and dependable service make a real difference.

Why You'll Want This Role

Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives supporting Canadian and broader North American operations.
Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures in a regulated business environment.
Provide coverage for colleagues during planned or unplanned absences.
Respond professionally to changing priorities, urgent requests and operational challenges.
Support occasional evening, weekend or overtime requirements, with occasional business travel when needed.

Required:

At least 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations support, logistics coordination or office administration.
Strong French and English communication skills, with the ability to support customers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in both languages.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and advanced working knowledge of Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accuracy in a regulated environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of operational responsibilities.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime, evenings or weekends and travel occasionally when required.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Assets:

Experience in healthcare, medical devices, hospitals or a related service environment.
Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulated business processes.
Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Experience supporting order processing, logistics coordination, audits or operational projects.

Benefits
