Working closely with operations leadership and colleagues across departments, you will manage competing priorities, respond to changing operational needs and contribute to projects that improve business effectiveness.

Your work will combine hands-on administrative support, customer service, coordination and problem-solving in a structured environment where attention to detail matters.

Provide coverage for colleagues during planned or unplanned absences.
Respond professionally to changing priorities, urgent requests and operational challenges.
Support occasional evening, weekend or overtime requirements, with occasional business travel when needed.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of operational responsibilities.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime, evenings or weekends and travel occasionally when required.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Assets:

Experience in healthcare, medical devices, hospitals or a related service environment.
Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulated business processes.
Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Experience supporting order processing, logistics coordination, audits or operational projects.

Benefits
