Our client, an established company in the commercial distribution sector, is seeking a Bilingual Sales and Accounts Coordinator to join its team in North York, Ontario.

In this role, you will bring together customer service, sales operations, and financial coordination. You will be a trusted point of contact for customers while supporting internal teams with accurate order processing, account administration, and timely issue resolution.

Enjoy a stable, growing work environment where organization, accuracy, and reliability are valued.

Take ownership of meaningful customer and account coordination responsibilities.

Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams in a highly collaborative role.

Make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the efficiency of daily operations.

Contribute ideas and improvements to established processes and workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will help ensure that customer orders, account activities, and financial transactions move efficiently from start to finish. Acting as a key connection between customers and internal departments, you will manage inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and support accurate and timely resolutions.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of details, and brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to daily responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate customer orders from initial processing through completion, including onboarding and ongoing account support.

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email in French and English.

Support billing, payments, credits, refunds, and chargeback administration.

Coordinate product returns, return authorizations, consignment reviews, and backorders.

Experience working with ERP systems and multiple payment platforms.

Proactive, dependable approach to problem-solving and follow-through.

Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, finance, and operations teams.

Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Assets:

Experience with accounts receivable processes and reconciliations.

Experience using Sage or a comparable ERP platform.

WHY WORK WITH US

Our client offers a stable, growing environment where your contributions are visible and your ability to keep operations organized makes a meaningful difference.

You will have the opportunity to develop strong working relationships across departments, take responsibility for important customer and account activities, and help improve the processes that support daily business operations.

If you enjoy being a dependable resource for customers and colleagues, and appreciate a role that combines structure, variety, and meaningful responsibility, we would welcome the opportunity to connect with you.
