This is an opportunity to influence rewards strategy, partner with senior leadership, and guide a dedicated team while helping shape programs that support employees across a multi-site organization.

Why You'll Want This Role

Take ownership of a broad total rewards portfolio with opportunities to influence compensation, benefits, pension, and well-being strategies.

Contribute to executive compensation, incentive programs, and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.
Enjoy three weeks of vacation, pension and group benefits, and a hybrid working arrangement.

What You'll Do

Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Assets:

Experience supporting executive compensation or long-term incentive programs.
Experience collaborating with senior executives, external consultants, insurers, auditors, or actuaries.
Knowledge of change management principles and experience communicating complex programs to diverse employee groups.

Benefits

Three weeks of vacation.
