You possess strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills, along with the ability to understand business needs and develop effective solutions. You are a collaborative communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results. You are curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, with a passion for using data to improve performance and support business growth.

Experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Python, or comparable business intelligence platforms.
Experience working with data modelling concepts including dimensional modelling, entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), and data dictionaries.
Experience supporting operational reporting, performance measurement, and business analytics initiatives.
Experience working with Azure SQL databases or similar cloud-based database platforms.

Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts is considered an asset.
Insurance brokerage, financial services, or regulated industry experience is preferred.
