- You can work in a team or with minimal management.
- Good physical fitness to maintain a reasonable work pace.
- Completing all cleaning to the standards set out in the Reference List/Staff Binders.
- Preparing all cleaning kits, chemicals, and equipment every day for proper use daily.
- Double-checking all your cleaning is up to standards at assigned locations.
- Understand and follow daily schedules.
- Ensuring you are aware of the cleaning needs; following the spec sheets provided.
- Taking an active effort in positive client communications when possible.
- Having previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- All candidates must have their vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance for this position.
- All employees are required to pass a police background check.

Responsibilities
Clean assigned locations to the standards in reference lists and staff binders, prepare cleaning kits, chemicals, and equipment, and check completed work against required standards. Follow schedules and site specifications, stay aware of cleaning needs, and communicate positively with clients when possible.
Requirements
Candidates must have their own vehicle, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance, and must pass a police background check. Previous cleaning experience is preferred; applicants should be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
