Company: BINX Professional Cleaning.
Location: North Bay & Surrounding Area.
Wage: $150.00 - $350.00 per week.
Schedule: 1-2 days of work per Week. (3-7 Hours per week; starting at 5:00am).
Job Type: Part-Time, permanent, option for full-time during the summer.
Posting Status: This is for a vacant position, 1 position available.
Valid driver’s license and insurance history with a clean drivers record.
A company vehicle is provided; must be over 25 yrs old.
No experience necessary - we are willing to train the right candidate.

- Perform residential and commercial window cleaning.
- Complete pressure washing including building exteriors, walkways, and surfaces.
- Perform gutter cleaning and ensure proper drainage.
- Conduct high dusting in commercial and industrial environments.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Represent BINX in a professional manner at all job sites.
- Assist in marketing as required (yard signs, door hangers, events, etc.).
- Peak season: Expect to work 2 Saturdays per month booked in advance.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance history with a clean drivers record.
- A company vehicle is provided; must be over 25 yrs old.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Physically able to lift, carry, and climb ladders (up to 75lbs).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Cleaning or exterior maintenance experience. (Preferred but not required.)

Responsibilities
Clean windows at residential and commercial properties, perform pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and high dusting, and maintain equipment in safe working condition. Represent the company professionally at job sites and assist with marketing activities as needed.
Requirements
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and insurance history, and be over 25 years old to use the company vehicle. They must be able to work independently and with a team, work safely at heights, lift and carry up to 75 pounds, and manage their time and tasks effectively; relevant cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
