An opportunity is available for an ambitious Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Endocrinology to manage the territory of GTA West (Oakville -Niagara & surrounding areas) focused on the endocrinology community. In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding the territory while promoting our portfolio of prescription (Rx) products to endocrinologists and their care teams, contributing to our continued industry-leading performance.

The ideal candidate will have pharmaceutical sales experience and established relationships with endocrinologists and the clinics, specialty pharmacies and healthcare professionals who support their patients.

If you are a driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong interest in specialty medicine, we want to hear from you!

About BioSyent:

We are a Canadian company listed on TSXV with an appreciable track record for growth and innovation located in Mississauga.

BioSyent is focused on commercializing products that provide a distinguishable benefit to patients and their healthcare providers and is known for its ability to introduce new products effectively and efficiently to the Canadian market.

BioSyent is a profitable growth-oriented specialty pharmaceutical company focused on in-licensing or acquiring innovative pharmaceutical products that have been successfully developed, are proven safe and effective, and have track records of improving the lives of patients.

We’ve also been featured on the TSX Venture 50 list four times, most recently in 2024 - a reflection of our continued momentum and success in the market.

We’re looking for talented people who are ready to contribute, grow, and be part of what comes next.

About the Role

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Endocrinology, you will be responsible for driving growth across both established brands and new product launches within the endocrinology community. Your territory will include GTA West (Oakville -Niagara & surrounding areas) territory.

You will strategically prioritize your efforts across endocrinologists, academic and hospital-based endocrine clinics, and the multidisciplinary teams that manage patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

Promoting the Company's products to endocrinologists, primary care and internists with an endocrine focus, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and other decision makers who influence prescribing and treatment in the territory.
Delivering in-depth, evidence-based clinical discussions grounded in product monographs, clinical data and current Canadian endocrinology guidelines.
Developing relationships with key opinion leaders in endocrinology, academic centres, hospital endocrine departments and specialty clinics.
Collaborating with Medical Affairs and Medical Science Liaisons to support scientific exchange, while maintaining clear compliance boundaries between promotional and medical activities.
Building relationships with pharmacies, and key accounts to ensure product availability and smooth patient onboarding.
Planning and executing peer-to-peer educational programs, speaker events and continuing education initiatives for endocrine healthcare professionals.
Together with your manager, developing and managing strategic and tactical sales plans to meet Company sales objectives.
Tracking the progress of the business through Sales Tools (OCE) and other reports and mechanisms defined by the National Director of Sales.
Managing sales expense budgets to deliver sales and contribution margin objectives.
Building and maintaining sales of the Company's products in accordance with annual budgets and objectives provided by your manager.
Reporting details of sales activities and results on a timely basis, as requested and specified by the Company from time to time.
Reporting details of competitive activity and other market conditions in the territory.
Travelling within the territory, which may require overnight travel, and attending relevant conferences and meetings as required.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Has a Bachelor's degree in science or a related field (an advanced degree or CCPE accreditation is an asset)
Has pharmaceutical sales experience (preferred), ideally 3+ years with a proven track record of success
Experience in endocrinology is a strong asset
Can understand and communicate complex clinical data with credibility in a specialist setting
Has working knowledge of the Canadian reimbursement landscape, including provincial formularies, special authorization and private payers
Builds trusted, long-term relationships with specialists and their care teams and is recognized as a valued partner
Brings existing relationships with endocrinologists, specialty clinics and key opinion leaders within the territory
Is highly organized and self-motivated, and thrives in an environment that values autonomy and accountability
Demonstrates strength in territory management, account planning and execution against business objectives
Holds a valid driver's license and has access to a reliable vehicle

This is a field-based position, with the assigned territory as the primary base of operations, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
