- Assess existing management-system processes and identify opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Establish clear governance frameworks, requirements, processes, and standards that divisions can implement effectively.
- Identify common principles and requirements across management systems and develop standardized approaches where appropriate.
- Support the alignment and integration of systems including Quality, Environmental, Export Compliance, and the organization’s manufacturing operating system.
- Partner with divisional Quality, CI, EHS, Compliance, and operational teams to support implementation and continuous improvement.
- Streamline management-system requirements across divisions to reduce duplication and improve organizational efficiency.
- Provide guidance on management-system structure, documentation, processes, and governance.
- Support the ongoing evolution and standardization of corporate management-system practices.
- Build strong relationships across a matrix organization and influence stakeholders without relying on direct reporting authority.
- Identify opportunities to improve how management-system requirements are communicated, implemented, monitored, and maintained.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with management systems, governance, standardization, Quality, EHS, Compliance, Continuous Improvement, or a related discipline.
